If I understand correctly, your example refers to a drill that was supposed to be over-pressurised and turned out not to be the case.

Geez... maybe the "suck it and see" drilling method should have been adopted by the STO drillers. I mean, what would they know? They should have consulted you before abandoning the site and wasting everyone's time these last couple of years.


I think we know the Dukas salt dome is over pressurised - that's why they had to abandon the well and get a bigger rig !
