    We all know there is a massive gas deposit at Dukas - they've been sitting on it for a couple of years waiting for STO. The old rig was about to crack through the top and the over pressure called for a bigger rig.... hence the delay. CTP SP was sitting at 20c at that stage. Such are the trails and tribulations of investing in O&G.
