    Don't know there aren't that many liquid helium plants globally so if there's an underutilised liquid helium plant in Darwin (owned by Linde I think) it might make sense to try to use that if successful.

    Generally helium is transported globally in liquid form in iso containers. In the USA you can hire cheap processing plants to separate out the helium from the raw gas in gaseous form and then truck the gaseous helium to a liquid helium plant. Not sure how much you can compress the helium though in gaseous form for trucking.
