Not really, as the target formation wasn't intersected. The overpressure from memory was in the Gillen Salt which is the seal above the target. Salt is both an excellent seal and a plastic rock that deforms easily so it's possible they drilled into a small pocket of gas that had been squeezed by deformation of the salt to extremely high pressure.

There is also a big difference between geological time and production time. There have been literally hundreds of millions of years for gas to slowly seep up into the Gillen so there is plenty of time for charge to build. But when you try and produce from fractured reservoir you often deplete it far faster, in a few days even. If you could wait another hundred million years you'd find it recharged again, but we don't have that sort of time!

What the overpressure does indicate is an active petroleum system at Dukas which is highly likely to have charged any pore space underneath it in the target. But will it flow on a scale we humans can use it for? Guess we will see...
