Unfortunately if that was a play I imagine it would have happened a while ago. Without seeming too skeptical, keeping the companies separate at the start (despite the same management), is a good way to double down on the performance rights & options. Fair play to them though, especially if AUT's resource scales the same way BGL's has. Can't knock them too much
