Hmmm RF, you say AZY has done better for you - yet somehow this is bad. RF this is good.
Then you say a market cap of $450m after 14 years is bad and toss up GMD as one of your examples and "prove me wrong". GMD listed August 2007. In Feb 2020 it had a market cap of just $45m. GGP listed July 2006. Took it until late 2019-20 to get moving.
AZY didn't list until April 2011. Looks to me that the 13th year post listing is a great entry point. Using your argument RF I'd be holding tight to your AZY shares.
