The only way that someone will acquire LRS is if it is a hostile takeover. There is no way CG will agree to a SOA and recommend an offer to the SH for virtually ANY price.
The upside here is way too exciting to give up.
I think this morning price action is lagging the fundamentals of todays announcement.
I'm expecting some wipes to occur today. No-one is selling this news.
