To all the people commenting that this will never be an economic deposit you are living in a fantasy world. The only way that happens is if Silver prices stay at these levels and geopolitical risk goes away which anyone who understands this false economy we live in knows that will never happen.
Boddington which was a 25 million oz deposit and runs at an average grade of 0.5gr/ton of gold sat there for years with idiots saying it will never be economical, now it's literally Newmonts most productive mine. In the same token that grade is king, deposit size is also king and obviously the price per oz of the underlying commodity.
Lots of speculation on where Silver price will end up but anything north of $70US/oz makes this deposit real tier 1 asset due to the scale.
A 10moz silver deposit at 1000gr/ton is as useless as tits on a bull. The bulk needs to be there for the principal of economy's of scale to take effect.
The Most important factor that everyone overlooks is the fact If silver does reach $100US/oz all those beautiful deposits in Mexico and South America will become nationalised overnight, just like gold deposits once it breaches $5000/oz.
With the current geopolitical risks people should be focusing their long term Precious metal investments in the US/Canada and Australia.
