o Cumulative EBITDA of approximately $954 million over the life of the Project.
o Pre-tax and undiscounted Net Present Value (NPV8%) of $442 million.
o Pre-tax and unleveraged Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of approximately 73%.
o Pre-tax and unleveraged payback period of approximately 0.75 years (from commencement of
production).
Au is now > $3500 per oz and the recoverable resource is well above the initial SP estimate of 845k 0z at a grade of 1.04.
The SP has been well and truly superseded. I reckon your NPV of $845m is far too low.
