The demand for vanadium can't dissipate easily. If there is a serious trade war, there will inevitably be a destruction event which will spur demand for vanadium. If there is no serious trade war, then the construction boom will continue which will spur demand for vanadium. I don't think anything will stifle the need for AVL's stuff, short of something that will stifle the need of anything at all.
