Don’t know where you get 300% from, CLA was trading at 1.5c when your 3c offer came, that's only a 100% increase in my book.

You're posting for CLA has been quite prolific lately chad, are you worried the ML is coming soon and svm will miss out....again?
It's almost like you're trying to convince holders that the svm offer was so phenomenal that if they were to offer it again holders would be mad to turn it down?
Given the commentary on HC that I've read, I don't believe you have managed to convince any of the major shareholders that 3c was a fair offer.
Now you're trying to convince holders that the directors are "living the high life" and sitting back with their feet up. I wonder what YOUR motivation for doing this is, since you don't hold any shares? Are you some keyboard activist who calls out public company boards for perceived excessive expenditure?

It just comes down to the fact that if svm really want CLA then they just need to increase their offer-easy fix.

CLA has been valued at 8.8c so....money talks, BS walks.
