Its basic financial sense that >3c offer (it was more like 4c really with spin ect) was an excellent return.
The ml is a few weeks away im sure... and once again i don't care at all about the ML they will get it eventually as a near certainty. The financing should be the big worry for shareholders. Mr hume himself said it would be very difficult for CLA to build the mine or similar words to that effect around the time of the offer.
My motiviation is that lifestyle companys annoy me.
Its not my shares that are bigly down but infact yours.
Q: when will you consider it a failure to not take the deal if the shareprice stays around this price? 1 year from now, 2, 3 ?
