So - an upgrade from 'inferred' to 'indicated' means -

Inferred Mineral Resource is that part of a mineral resource for which tonnage, grade and mineral content can be estimated with a low level of confidence.

Indicated resources are simply economic mineral occurrences that have been sampled to a point where an estimate has been made, at a reasonable level of confidence, of their contained metal.

So an upgrade is good news. As to what this adds to the value of the site, if anything, is beyond my ken.

The statement 'The Company has received expressions of interest from third parties to purchase the ByN Project' is also encouraging on its face, but without any more details it is really quite worthless (the third parties could have been offering to buy it for $1).

I do like this company and I'm in for the long haul. They have plenty of cash and are conservative in how they spend it.
