The market seems to be sceptical of the current directors. An overwhelming Helmsec influence + both Directors with Industry experience leaving + a desperate announcement by the Chairman that Rinehart was on the register (@less than 1% - have never seen the like before) + announcements not being made in the timeframe originally promised all add up to a shareprice treading water.

The asset however is quality and the technical people that remain with the company are first class.

What you have here is a quality asset that will likely get taken over for about $0.50 less per share in due course due to a lame duck board, but value should come as the resource gets upgraded.
