your fundamental lack of understanding of the Hard Coking Coal sector and just how rare this stuff is is just laughable
you're dreaming if you think $1 a tonne for in-situ HCC is a reasonable multiple to use.
try $3-4 for measured and indicated.
this is good thick coal that's relatively shallow and close to infrastructure.
There's a big difference between a resource and a real mine development project.
the challenge is still out there, find me another genuine HCC mine that will come online in the next 4-5 yrs that's not owned by the majors. go on, i double dare you.
