    I'm guessing some funding will be requied for the port access.

    the term sheet states, "The Company is currently seeking to raise a total of [A$19.5] million by way of an Excluded Offering Placement to fund the next stage of its exploration and development program."

    By the sounds of things there is not much stock available. (15m shares) and is be done by two brokers
