re: Ann: Resource Upgrade & New Prospects - 5... the significance of the drop core program is as follows:
it allowed PVD to add an extra explorationey data collectiony line item to their negotations, making the deal looks sweeter to the government for only minimal expenditure
it will allow people like me to pick up more shares on the cheap from fools who sell on any announcement saying no hydrocarbons were found.
truth is drop core program results don't correlate that positively with oil and gas fields (50/50 at best) and this program won't de-risk the prospect very much
