Don't read too much into the SP on such low volumes, heres why:
Over the entire course of March, about $200,000 changed hands on TNG Shares;
For every seller, there was a buyer;
As a small holder, I could have materially impacted the SP at any time during the month - either up or down;
Right now, I could spend $10,000 and give you a ~15% rally;
I could sell $20,000 worth and show you a devastating loss, conditional orders aside.
TNG is tightly held with very little volume moving on any given day, TNG holders are a patient bunch who believe there is a significant upside on the horizon. A sale of 100,000 shares isn't a dump, more likely someone just wants the cash to buy their kid some new toys - that is how insignificant the transactions we have seen over the past few months have been.
My guess as to why people aren't buying up is "why would you"? It seems time is on the prospective buyers side and when the wheels start to turn, they will get on quickly.
All in another months holding of TNG atm.
