Its my guess that they are all waiting for the same thing that I am...Some financial stability here.... The resource hasn't disappeared indeed it has matured for the better. And although TNG don't owe money it still doesn't have much in the kitty, and with the court case looming and a potential cap raising if things go badly. Well a CR discount to pay for a court case won't be popular....
The buy gamble here at this level is if the court-case goes in TNG's favor you could gain. If a very significant JV goes through before the ruling then any ruling won't matter a diff because the resource is what it is. Bloody lucrative if management can get someone to buy it... Pre GFC SP could get revisited if this occurs.
The down side that I see seems obvious that if there is no JV and the ruling comes in against TNG . A CR could occur. If not then some other finance arrangement which will mean they will owe money or shares.
Thats the best I can do for ya Zak... Thats just how I'm reading this company at the moment.
Its a very high return long term Spec with volatile short term risks.
