The high dividends were only paid out as a cash grab by the majority holders as they knew they would lose the "kangaroo court" case and would have to dispose of shares. Timing is everything
Stockpiling of ore as no-one wants to process it for them...possibly to afraid of a future court case that would be started by TBR/RND...litigation seems to be the main thing these 2 companies do...
TBR/RND have had many years to get there own mill going...still nothing...
No other real assets in Aus besides a 49% in 1 mine and assets in other countries that are high risk...eek...scary!
