    This reads ok - and I am really pleased for management - and other employees. But what's in it for shareholders???

    Seems to me our cash pile will be consumed by another small goldmine with limited life - no doubt generating handsome returns for management - but nothing for shareholders. And I mean NOTHING.

    Am I missing something??
