I agree with you that Major Tom was talking about the US investors wanting a capital return of more than 10 to 20% not that they wanted to own a higher percentage of the company's shares. Straight afterwards he said that investors could expect a 40% premium were Breaker to be subject to a take-over.
I like how he topped and tailed his talk with bold statements that they are moving towards development. I think this is a change to how in a presentation last year (?) he waxed lyrical about all the exploration that was ahead of them. Okay that he refers to future drilling but I thought in yesterday's presentation he put more focus on the company transforming into a revenue generating entity.
I'm not quite sure that toll treating would be my pick if the mine is as good as TS says but good to know they are working through all the options.
