Maybe the best change you could make is selling up and reinvesting in a company where you are confident in the management, by your own admission, GMD would fit that criteria. Because at the end of the day, there appears to be plenty of shareholders who support management, which can be easily seen in the re elections each November. I know they already have 500 votes for this year in the bag,
