Poor management is a reductionist way of explaining the recent share price underperformance.
I have directly heard people in the industry speak very highly of the Tommingley Gold Operation.
In fact, it is widely considered to be right up with the best managed mine sites in NSW.
Price underperformance has no doubt been frustrating, but I'd argue that there has recently been some real tangible value created at TGP, a value that will soon be harvested as we move through multiple years of upward trending production, operating cost reductions and an incrementally increasing cashflow generative profile.
