Im not sure how this works Joel. Are you saying USB are offloading ALK previously held by their investment funds (eg b/c they've lost confidence in it) OR that they're actively short selling ALK OR something else? Dont get me wrong, Im interested but Im not getting it b/c Im not familiar with how this works.
