    Maybe FML didn't want toe deal with NST. If NST got the assets they would be gone, but FML will own 15% of HZR(the new entity) which is a good stepping stone if they wanted the full company. Got to wonder if FML selling the assets fairly cheaply is a carrot to setup in effect both both MRP and IRC for a T/O.
