The .09 and .10 'wall' is recent.. has only appeared as drilling commenced in the last week or so. .09 has been slowly building.. SP activity does get manipulated. Pip up, pip down on close.. you will also see a few mil get pulled from the queue(s) at auction before close, assume someone is trying to accumulate..
Recent SPP sold 59% to Soph inv's.
My guess is any buying pressure would see those orders pulled..
