SVY had contended prior to drilling in 2013 that the belt had fertile rich porphyry style mineralisation and this has been conclusively demonstrated following their consecutive drill strikes in late 2017 and early 2018. The analogy of Cadia (and even to an extend North Parkes copper-gold mines in Central NSW) has been suggested for a long time now.

Put this into perspective, Cadia's former ore reserve of ~0.28% copper and ~0.54g/gold (narrow but higher grades) were given greater significance because although small numbers it was still economically feasible for their team to produce. the gold-copper project at Cadia produced negative cash cost due to copper production which paid for mining and processing whilst retained gold was profit. Unfortunately, a large segment of inexperienced retailers fail to respect the intricacies of this, and simply demand high gold, high copper, and where is porphyry (hence the soap-opera dramatic swing trades).

Even with the high grade gold-copper found at such shallow depths at SVY, they already have an underlying asset base attractive to investors potentially looking to extract. So what we have here, a 100% owned Stavely Copper-Gold belt with fertile copper-gold rich porphyry style mineralisation with an underlying asset palatable to prospective investors. Either way, it is a win-win for current and prospective holders.

Investors preach volatility and risk with regards to speculative stocks. SVY is regarded as speculative. However, it is by far one of my most calculated and risk averse investments I have ever had the pleasure of being apart of:

We either strike the porphyry (and comfortably retire), or we fail to strike a porphyry or drills of massive significance, but have the back-up of an underlying asset to be sold (which will render a pay-day in itself).

The real significance of SVY's numbers at such shallow depths is made clear when combined Greg Corbett's sentiments, who has indicated early on in the piece (in addition to his recent works) that the type of alterations and interactions found in the rocks are at the top of a gold rich porphyry system. Now down towards the core of this system, we have systemically seen stronger copper and gold grades.

Hold tight and appreciate this operation for what it is - pre-Cadia, pre-Uber, pre-Facebook, pre-Google, pre-Bitcoin!

    Kind Regards
