Let's put it this way. I won't be blaming you if none of that comes to pass. As some have blamed NWC management over the past three years.
Nor did I try and blame the RBA (Lowe) when they didn't lower interest rates and people had claimed to buy house on that premise paying way over the top.
I just call that kind of behaviour lazy.
