I think you'll find virtually everything is undervalued relative to NWC. The issue is when do you get to (to be able to) cash out? Overall HAV is the most prospective because it has two projects that others may buy. Like NWC, however, people are very frustrated with timing.
On RXM (that I championed) has had that liquidity event. I valued it at 90c it was in the market at 20-23c. It got bought out at 47c. Well, the buyout isn't finished it will be this month and is fait-accompli (if you'll pardon the French). That encapsulates the conundrum (and I'm learning).
