Well, given the gold (and silver) price seemed to me to react to the Europen rate cut I/we might get a bit of traction out of US ones. I'm a happy camper today and potentially on the W/E unless someone blows something up and that means on any of the geopolitical fronts.
In portfolio terms, I'm just trying to defend against this - 'transfer the wealth via the hidden tax of inflation'.
You're one of the few who really seem to understand it. "Oldies" will or should.
