Interesting comments regarding 50koz of 1.1-1.2g/t gold being worth a $50m increase in NPV

MXR have next door (not held) 160koz at 1.5g/t at redback (there are other ounces there but redback would be a simple single pit). So in theory that should be worth maybe $100m to the NPV. MXR is trading at maybe $8-10m EV and some of that is on the Ni and Li. I wonder if they would part with the gold alone (keeps management there in a gig and with Li which is still the fad stuff). If they would part with it for say $8-10m (whole current MC) it would potentially be a 10x ROI for AAR
