Pretty sure he's said it before perhaps back in 2020, what he has control of is pushing the asset and company forward, if others see value then perhaps they come pay for that but you can't deliver value based on the hope of someone coming so that's not a legitimate plan. He's doing what he said they would do which is giving the company (and us) as many options as possible.
