Yes, I think this will definitely be a time when someone will look back and wish they had chosen to hold on for a little bit longer. Gerry is a great appointment and one which bring much better communications with the market and engagement with shareholders. It will address the issue which the company has had for someone to be the dedicated resource for investor relations. Perfect time for him to come onboard.
