Aus market - patient pays full price, no ability for doctors to be paid
US market - patient pays zero, doctors paid, and RSH receives ~ 4 times the monthly fee that is achievable in Aust.
and who was the expert that said it would be a costly exercise launching in the US and require a cap raise first?
end result = RSH launches in the US at least 6 months ahead of schedule
