As much as people want to express their views (based on no fact or understanding) that nothing is happening and no progress is being made, this announcement shows that many positive and very important things are happening behind the scenes to progress the company and its products to market. Great to see CE Mark registration progressed to Stage 2 and the Clinical studies being run by Professor Thompson starting imminently. The receipt of ethical approval from the institutions are out of the company's hands however are required to ensure the quality and depth of the studies and results. The fact that the company now has another highly reputable KOL in Professor Francis Thien, Director of Respiratory Medicine, Eastern Health who wants to be involved to actively assist the company to take its technology forward is very positive and powerful message/validation to the medical community of the benefit Wheezo will bring to Respiratory disease. The company will be in a great position with Professor Thompson and Professor Thien to showcase at the Annual Scientific Meeting of The Australia and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science and The Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand.
