PDL10 is the (only) licence.

The release was in response to a Social Media post claiming that PDL10 had been cancelled. HZN had to respond in order to state that it was false. PDL10 has not been cancelled.

However HZN had received the "Purported Notice" to cancel PDL10 some time ago, and had already met with the Minister regarding this matter.

Clearly HZN were confident enough in their position regarding PDL10 to NOT report the Notice, nor the subsequent meeting with the Minister to the ASX as part of the continuous disclosure obligation which all directors take very seriously. As they state in the release, the JV believe that the Notice was not invalid, in other words, there is no valid reason to cancel the permit. They would have to be very confident in their position to not report the issue to the ASX when they first received the Notice.

I would imagine/hope that the WLNG work being done, of which PDL10 is a part, would count as progressing the development of PDL10.

I feel this notice is targeted at Repsol who as Operator is sleeping on the job while HZN did all the heavy lifting!
