The offer is ridiculously low . Bioton SA when they first bought in to SIE the offer was 0.20c. The offer should be progressed by Bioton SA buying out the minority shareholders and then selling the privatised SIE to who ever they wish.
Based on current sales SIE should sell for a multiple of at 12 - 15 x sales = to 0 12- 0.14 / share + the value of product registrations in the various markets .
Pharmaceutical companies sell for very high R/E,s and so they should! I will not be accepting the offer.
