    The latest sale is above the 'pre - offer condition offer of 0.0507 at $ 0.052.This would indicate that a higher offer is expected even though the 'pre- offer conditions contained a clause that the offer was first and final.
    We know the Chinese are gamblers I always took the first offer as an opening offer - they need to 'stump up ' a lot more cash to get any interest in moving the talk over forward. More like 0.20 c / share
