    The take over offer is 'miles' to low it is difficult to believe BiotonSA will accept the price of US 0.0507 c, no doubt they will receive a licence payment of fee after the take over is concluded .

    The minority shareholders are being 'robbed' , in any case it may finish up in the courts unless a reasonable offer is made!
