The response this afternoon by FMS was completely impotent.
FMS honestly have no alternative than to hold the line and say what they have otherwise they would be admitting to a blatant breach of both ASX listing rules (3.1) and furthermore a breach of sect 674 of Corporations Law.
The question does need to be demanded though as to when did FMS intend to announce they had received a material proposal - this is is extremely pertinent as I feel otherwise without the speeding ticket, this bunch would still be hatching a covert restructure of the deal without any announcement whatsoever.....
