Clearly the FMS directors do not understand their disclosure responsibilities.
They think they are the sole arbiters of what constitutes a reasonable person. Such belligerence is unforgivable IMHO by individuals in their handsomely paid positions.
ASX pointed out this is a matter of FACT and our directors respond with a matter of opinion. Who are they kidding?
BBI want out of the deal...that is a MATERIAL FACT!
