Macquarie I see have reviewed and they appear to acknowledge unquantifiable reputational risk but their recommendation and forecast's are unchanged.
before “we” ever look at buying a unit in a large development we check now the body corporate details, door knock a few other residents and get their feedback, as well as a building (water leak) inspection.
are older units better?
