Agree. The 'Strata' industry has been wallowing in this unethical cesspit for many years.
Don't worry, the Strata/Property Managers are as much to blame as the insurance brokers......
In this regard, there are even larger broking companies within the steadfast group that are major offenders in this space, hiding behind voluminous presentations with disclosures in fine print.
I'm told the steadfast md who gave such a horrible presentation of his company's capabilities last night is a chairman/director of a few of them.
Additional legislation needed. However further review of building practices is also urgently needed.
