Sources on #1? I looked at this last time it came up and it seemed that they would pay on one end but not on the other; still shitty, but not quite as bad.

#3 does seem to be more or less standard in the industry, also shit but sadly common.

#2 I don't know what's normal or not, solar in apartments is non viable and I've lived in one the whole time I've lived in AU.

None of these seem like grounds for an ACCC issue, is there anything else to it?

Edit: Ah, now I recall, there was an issue around an advertised "saver" sort of deal that generally worked out to be more expensive than the normal deal. Now *that* is a bit more questionable than the above.
