Perhaps you need to review your 'Disclosure' & 'Sentiment'. Otherwise, as a holder with a 'Buy' sentiment, you are watching from the sidelines, you think the company may go belly-up, and you're tempted to re-enter at 16.5.

So let's get this straight ... you think maybe 10% of the alleged problems may be true, so the company needs to (i) restructure, (ii) rename, (iii) start over on financials, (iv) have a great Q4, and (v) address (alleged) problems raised by former disaffected CEO which the company have recently disavowed.

Sounds like a plan.
