    A big fat LOL!!
    I started buying RRS when TT was a twinkle in PL's eyes and waited patiently for it to get spudded and upto today was led to believe that there are billions of barrels of oil we are drilling for.
    I believe you are spot on and concur with your assessment that this announcement more or less says it's a duster.
    Because after the announcement of a duster puntland onshore will cease to be a key project in RRS's portfolio.
    All IMVHO.
