I don't know if you are aware that APN Property (code APD) recently formed a strategic alliance with an Asian real estate funds management group called ARA. ARA now own 15% of APD. Suggest you read the APD announcement to the market on 22/7/2010 for all the details.

My guess about the share price movement is that something may be in the wings regarding a recapitalisation involving this group.

I think AEZ announce to the market next week, so I am hoping for something which finally addresses the capitalisation issue (they have had no success selling properties so far).

My guess is that the Asian funds management group is buying the shares at the moment.
