From memory around Christmas time or thereabouts last year they said they would be in a position to pay a half cent dividend at the full year result. My guess is they wouldn't have factored in a buyback as well. Given the dividend will require $1m+ (if its half a cent) I can't both happening.

Anyway I would prefer they put the use of the funds into the buyback as a priority and then into other worthy projects. A dividend should be last on the priority list. CT reckons he can earn 16% on capital. I'd prefer to see him do that! :)
