Agreed, but as they've now categorically stated that the $10m possible repayment was a last minute,unforseeable & only reason for the distribution cut, it follows that if the waiver is granted, the dividend should be restored to the well covered level described in the 26Feb report to shareholders. It's now the obvious question to put to HDF.
